purchasing art from me means you agree to my terms of service! breaking any of these terms may result in a temporary or permanent blacklist.

  1. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason.

  2. All customers must provide a clear digital reference or detailed description for me to work from.

  3. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.

  4. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with proper credit. Do not claim my artwork as your own.

  5. You may not make profits from the commissioned piece. (reselling, NFTs, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  6. You may not alter or trace the commissioned artwork. (Ask first!)

  7. All payments are made upfront, using paypal, cashapp or venmo.

  8. Completion time may vary anywhere from a week to a month.

  9. All sales are final. I may offer a refund if I am unable to complete your commission.
